Strawberry Balsamic Toast

Made with Chia and Supergrains Bread


  • 8 slices of Stonemill®Bakehouse Chia & Supergrains Bread
  • 300g (1.5 cups) mascarpone cheese
  • 2 tablespoon (30ml) honey
  • 15-18 fresh strawberries, diced
  • 4-5 tablespoon (45-60ml) prepared balsamic reduction
  • fresh mint, torn


  1. In a medium bowl, add mascarpone cheese and honey and mix well to combine. Set aside
  2. On a serving plate, place 2 slices of the toasted bread and spread each with 2 tbsp of the cheese mixture
  3. Top each one with approximately 3 tbsp of the diced strawberries
  4. Drizzle 1 tbsp of the balsamic glaze over the strawberries and garnish with fresh torn mint
  5. Dive in with a big bite and marvel at how you can get away with eating dessert for breakfast!
