Made with Sourdough Sprouted Rye & 12 Grains Bread
Ingredients
- 4 slices Stonemill® Sourdough Sprouted Rye & 12 Grains Bread
- 3 tbsp (45 mL) Greek yogurt
- 2 tsp (10 mL) whole grain Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp (10 mL) finely chopped fresh dill
- Pinch each salt and pepper
- 4 romaine lettuce leaves
- 4 slices lean ham
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) sliced cucumbers
- 2 slices red onion rounds
- 1 rib celery, thinly sliced on a bias
Directions
- Combine yogurt, mustard, dill, salt, and pepper.
- Spread mixture onto 2 slices Stonemill® Sourdough Sprouted Rye & 12 Grains Bread.
- Top with lettuce, ham, cucumber, onion, and celery. Cap each sandwich with a remaining bread slice.
- Cut each sandwich in half to serve.
Tip: Add a slice of Swiss or Cheddar cheese to the sandwich if desired.
