Made with Sourdough Sprouted Rye & 12 Grains Bread

Ingredients

  • 4 slices Stonemill® Sourdough Sprouted Rye & 12 Grains Bread
  • 3 tbsp (45 mL) Greek yogurt
  • 2 tsp (10 mL) whole grain Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp (10 mL) finely chopped fresh dill
  • Pinch each salt and pepper
  • 4 romaine lettuce leaves
  • 4 slices lean ham
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) sliced cucumbers
  • 2 slices red onion rounds
  • 1 rib celery, thinly sliced on a bias

Directions

  1. Combine yogurt, mustard, dill, salt, and pepper.
  2. Spread mixture onto 2 slices Stonemill® Sourdough Sprouted Rye & 12 Grains Bread.
  3. Top with lettuce, ham, cucumber, onion, and celery. Cap each sandwich with a remaining bread slice.
  4. Cut each sandwich in half to serve.

Tip: Add a slice of Swiss or Cheddar cheese to the sandwich if desired.
