- Combine yogurt, mayonnaise, cilantro, chipotle sauce, lime juice, salt and pepper.
- Divide and spread the yogurt mixture on 2 slices Stonemill® San Francisco Style Sourdough.
- Top with rotisserie chicken slices, more yogurt mixture, spinach, avocado, tomato and onion.
- Cap with the remaining bread slice.
Tip: Alternatively, substitute chipotle sauce with 1/2 tsp (2 mL) chipotle chili powder.
