- Spread mayonnaise on 2 slices of Stonemill® Sourdough Multigrain Rye Bread. Top each with half the lettuce leaves, tomato and turkey.
- Spread mustard onto 2 more bread slices and top with remaining lettuce, apples, and Brie. Cap each sandwich with a remaining bread slice.
- To serve, secure sandwiches with cocktail toothpicks and then cut in half.
Tip: Crunchy apples such as Granny Smith, Honey Crisp and Cortland work nicely in this stacked sandwich.
Substitute deli-roasted turkey with deli-roasted chicken or black forest ham if desired.
