Made with Sourdough Sprouted Rye & 12 Grains Bread

Ingredients

  • 4 slices Stonemill® Sourdough Sprouted Rye & 12 Grains Bread
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) ricotta cheese
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) sundried tomato pesto
  • 4 slices lean deli-roasted turkey
  • 2 slices red onion rounds
  • 1 cup (250 mL) shredded kale

Directions

  1. Combine ricotta and sundried tomato pesto.
  2. Spread evenly onto all 4 slices of Stonemill® Sourdough Sprouted Rye & 12 Grains Bread.
  3. Top with turkey, onion and kale. Cap each sandwich with a remaining bread slice.
  4. Cut each sandwich in half to serve.

Tip: Add a slice of mozzarella or other cheese to the sandwich if desired.
