Ingredients

  • 2 slices Stonemill® Sourdough Wide Sliced Loaf, toasted
  • 1 avocado, halved, pitted, peeled and chopped
  • 1/4 tsp (1 mL) each salt and pepper
  • 1 cup (250 mL) cottage cheese
  • 2 tsp (10 mL) chili crisp oil
  • 4 tsp (20 mL) honey
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) fresh cilantro leaves, for garnishing (optional)
  • Lime wedges, for serving (optional)

Directions

  1. Spread toasted slices of Stonemill® Sourdough Wide Slice Loaf evenly with cottage cheese.
  2. Top each with sliced avocado, season with salt and pepper and finish with chili crisp and honey.
  3. Garnish with cilantro and serve with lime wedges.

Tip: Substitute cottage cheese with ricotta if desired.
