Toasty Smoked Salmon Toast

Smoked salmon? Yes please! Whipped creamed cheese? Yes please! Smoked salmon AND whipped cream cheese on warm, toasted naturally fermented Chia & Supergrains bread? YES PLEASE!

Made with Chia and Supergrains Bread


  • 8 slices of Stonemill®Bakehouse Chia & Supergrains Bread, toasted
  • 300g (1.5 cups) smoked salmon, thinly sliced
  • 300g (1.5 cups)whipped cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) lemon juice
  • chives, sliced
  • 2 tablespoon (30ml) everything bagel spice mix


  1. In a medium bowl, add whipped cream cheese and lemon juice and mix well to combine. Set aside
  2. On a serving plate, place 2 slices of the toasted bread and spread each with 2tbsp of cream cheese mixture.
  3. Top each one with 2 slices of smoked salmon.
  4. Sprinkle the “everything bagel spice mix” over the salmon and top with fresh chives.
  5. Enjoy!
