Vegan Mozzarella and Fig Jam Panini

Serves 1-2

What You'll Need:

  1. Olive Oil
  2. Vegan Mozzarella Cheese (also works with other cheese)
  3. Arugula
  4. Fig Jam
  5. Panini Press
  6. Stonemill Bakehouse Roasted Garlic & Sea Salt Bread

What You'll Need To Do:

  1. Turn on and heat up panini press
  2. Brush both sides of 2 slices of Roasted Garlic & Sea Salt bread with olive oil
  3. Add a generous amount of vegan mozzarella cheese to one slice
  4. Top the cheese with a scoop of fig jam and spread it out
  5. Add arugula on top of the jam
  6. Close the sandwich with the other piece of oiled bread
  7. Place into panini press until golden brown and the cheese is melted, enjoy!
